A powerful, meditative sculpture hand-carved from rare marbled Mbigou stone by the late Bernard Ngodza, a recognized first-generation sculptor of post-independence Gabon. Details:
Originally acquired by a private collector shortly after its creation, the piece was later returned to the Coopérative des Artisans de Mbigou (COOPAM), from whom it was acquired by Ékaza Gallery.
The work comes with a Certificate of Authenticity from COOPAM and an official export certificate from the Gabonese Ministry of Artisanal Affairs.
